House on List helps individuals and families move through overwhelming home transitions with practical organization, planning, inventory support, procurement coordination, and hands-on project help.
Whether you are preparing to move, settling into a new home, downsizing, managing an estate transition, or trying to make sense of too many belongings, we help create a calmer path forward.
Some transitions come with a lot of moving parts: rooms to sort, items to document, supplies to purchase, storage areas to review, donations to stage, and decisions that are hard to make alone.
House on List brings structure to that process. We help clients simplify complex home projects, reduce overwhelm, and create spaces that are easier to manage and enjoy.
Support for sorting, staging, organizing, labeling, and preparing spaces before a move begins.
Help unpacking and arranging key areas so the home starts functioning faster.
Structured help for deciding what stays, what goes, and what needs to be organized for the next chapter.
Thoughtful support for sorting, organizing, documenting, and preparing household items during estate transitions.
Room-by-room tracking for items, categories, condition notes, photo references, and placement decisions.
Assistance sourcing and organizing approved items needed for setup, storage, organization, or furnishing support.
Share what type of support you need and what areas are involved.
We review scope, timing, project size, storage areas, and service fit.
You receive a clear service plan, pricing, and recommended add-ons if needed.
Once approved, your project is scheduled and prepared.
We complete the approved work and provide final notes or documentation when included.
Each project begins with a clear assessment and approved service plan.
Clients know what is included, what is recommended, and what requires approval.
Services can be focused on one room, several spaces, or a larger transition.
Organization is built around everyday use, not unrealistic perfection.
Inventory, photo documentation, procurement notes, and project records are available when needed.
We support moves, downsizing, estates, and overwhelming household projects with care.
The assessment helps determine project scope, timing, service fit, complexity, safety considerations, and whether any add-ons are recommended.
Additional work can be reviewed through a change request. If approved, pricing and scheduling are updated before the extra work is added.
Enhanced labeling may include detailed labels, color coding, numbering, shelf mapping, or more detailed organization systems. It is available as an add-on when a project needs more structure.
Donation sorting and staging may be included or added depending on the project. Small bagged or boxed donations may be considered. Large furniture or truck-based hauling is not currently offered unless pickup is arranged through the donation organization.
House on List is not a moving company. Light repositioning may be possible within an approved project, but large furniture moving, hauling, or transport requires another provider.
Projects sometimes evolve. If the requested change affects time, rooms, supplies, procurement, or service scope, it will be reviewed before being added.
Assessment cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance receive a project credit.
Whether you're preparing for a move, managing a downsizing project, or navigating a major household transition, House on List is here to help.
